It depends on whether the item is ready or made to order.

Most of our outfits are Made to Order, so:

If the item is ready, delivery takes:

Within Kuwait: 1–2 business days

Middle East : 3–4 business days

Other countries: 7–10 business days

If the item is not ready, production usually takes 2–5 business days.

For Couture and High-End Couture, it takes 2–4 weeks to be completed before shipping.

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

1. Custom-Made Orders
A: No Refunds or Exchanges: All custom-made orders are considered final and are not refundable or exchangeable after production begins. This includes any alterations or modifications made after the initial order is placed.

B: Customizations such as color changes or design changes  will incur an additional charge of 25% to 35% of the original price.

Order Carefully: Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as changes may not be possible once production has commenced.

2.Made-to-Order Outfits

- Please note that all made-to-order outfits are custom-made specifically for you and therefore non-refundable. We do not accept returns on these items. However, if you require a different size, we are happy to offer a one-time size exchange—subject to availability.

- To request a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with it's Tag .

3. Items on Sale 
Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please note the following:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the item and having the exchanged item sent back to them.
• All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For customers outside of Kuwait: In addition to shipping fees, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply when sending the item back or receiving the exchanged item.

4. Sizing and Fit
Double Check Sizes: We strongly encourage you to carefully review the size chart and double-check your measurements before placing an order.
