Refund policy

A. General

·   By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

·  All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, clean from stains  or perfume, and with original tags and packaging.

·  Review size charts and confirm all order detail before submitting changes are not possible once production has started.

·  Custom/made‑to‑order cancellations are not accepted once production begins. Standard order cancellations should be requested promptly; policies may vary case-by-case.

B. Online, Boutique, Expo & Sale Purchases

·  Boutique & Online Purchases: Refunds or exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery if items meet return conditions. 

·  Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

·  Expo Purchases: Not refundable. One exchange allowed within 14 days if item is in original condition and meet return conditions.

·  Sale Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 


 

C. Haute Couture , Couture, Custom‑Made & Made‑to‑Order

·  Couture, Haute Couture pieces can not be exchanged or refunded once production begins.

·  Custom‑Made Orders: No refunds or exchanges once production begins.

·  Customizations (color/design changes) after ordering incur an additional charge of 25%–35% of the original price.

·  Made‑to‑Order Outfits: Non‑refundable. A one‑time size exchange allowed subject to availability, within 14 days of receipt.

 


 

D.   Local & International Returns

·  Customers inside Kuwait are responsible for return and delivery charges.

·  Customers outside Kuwait are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties, taxes, or fees on returns or exchanged items.
